Where to Stay
Most accommodation options in the Canberra City Centre are walking distance to Cultural Centre Kambri, the conference venue.
The Visit Canberra website lists some accommodation options and has a map function that you can use to search options close to the Australian National University.
Two hotel groups in Canberra have rooms available for AARES conference delegates to book at special rates. Bookings can be made directly with the hotels until sold out or until one month prior to the conference.
The Sebel
The Sebel Canberra Civic (197 London Cct, Canberra ACT 2601) and The Sebel Canberra Campbell (16 Provan St, Campbell ACT 2612) both have rooms available. Please note the Campbell hotel is further away from the conference venue.

The Novotel Canberra
The Novotel Canberra (65 Northbourne Ave, Canberra ACT 2600) has:
- 25 standard queen rooms available at AU$209 per night, and
- 25 standard double rooms available at AU$229 per night
For AARES delegates from 6 to 9 February 2024.

Note: Unfortunately, University House at the Australian National University is closed for repairs following a hailstorm in 2021 and will not be reopen for accommodation until later in 2024.
