Description

Mladen Kovac will outline, and speak about some of the lessons learned in, designing and implementing the NSW biodiversity offsets market – especially the challenges of implementing a market in an arena with stakeholders traditionally resistant to economic messages and approaches, and a highly politicised ‘environment’.
