CONFERENCE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

To register for the main conference, you must either:

  • Be a 2025 AARES member, or
  • Pay a non-member surcharge of $140 in addition to the conference registration fee.

  • more than 30 days before the conference, 100% refund
  • less than 14 days before the conference, 0% refund
