Online Registration for the 2018 Conference will open in early October 2017. Information about registration fees will be available later in the year.
Terms and Conditions
Registrants will be able to elect to pay the Early Bird fee up until close of business on 31 December 2017. All registrations made after that date will be charged the standard registration fee. Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the online form and the correct payment is received and processed.
Capacity of the conference venue is limited and registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Conference registrations cannot be shared.
Registration fees are calculated for full days; individual conference sessions cannot be purchased separately.
Registrants should obtain confirmation of their registration before committing to travel arrangements. Please check the settings on your spam filter as AARES cannot be held responsible for your failure to receive your confirmation email.
Registered delegates will receive a name badge, and additional registration materials when they confirm their attendance at the venue in Brisbane. They will then have access to all of the conference sessions, including the Welcome Reception on Tuesday night. Tickets for social functions are not included in the registration fee, but can be purchased separately using the registration form.
Attendees are encouraged to bring spouses, friends, and family to the Conference. All such attendees must register as guests in order to participate in meeting activities. Guests include any interested party not professionally in the field of agricultural or resource economics, or a related discipline. Registered guests will receive a name badge.
On-site Ticket Purchases
A limited number of tickets for social events may be available at the conference registration desk in Adelaide. As these tickets will only be available on the condition that places at the event are available, we strongly suggest that you purchase your tickets in advance when you register for the conference. We cannot guarantee the availability of any social event tickets on-site.
The preferred method of payment is online through this website using MasterCard or Visa Card. All cheques must be in Australian dollars, made payable to AARES, and mailed to:
